Risks Analysis Studies

Risks Analysis Studies

MonteCarloAnalysis

Monte Carlo analysis is
a mathematical technique that models the probability of different outcomes by running repeated random simulations. Instead of using fixed or average inputs, it uses random sampling across a range of values to predict risk, uncertainty, and potential results in fields like finance, project management, and engineering

How It Works
Set up a model: Define the output you want to predict and identify the independent input variables that drive it.
Assign distributions: Give each input variable a range of likely values and a probability distribution (such as normal or uniform).
Run simulations: Generate random values for the inputs and compute the output over thousands of iterations.
Analyze results: Review the final distribution of outcomes to see the range of risks, averages, and probabilities.
